This is not a temporary program or a "helper" role—it's a structured pathway that prepares you to grow into a professional Workers' Compensation Claims Adjuster/Claim Representative role.In simple terms: you'll learn how to help employees who are injured at work navigate the claim process, communicate with people involved, gather information, document decisions, and keep things moving forward—accurately, timely, and with care.LevelUP generally takes 12-18 months and includes:Guided learning (eCourses and structured training)Work shadowing and hands-on practiceMentoring from experienced professionalsRegular feedback and skill assessmentsAs you progress, you'll take on more responsibility and build the skills needed to move into a higher-level claims role.ResponsibilitiesWhat You'll Do in the Program (What your day-to-day looks like)Your responsibilities grow as you progress through the program.
