Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in Workers' Compensation defense matters
- Prepare and attend hearings, depositions, and conferences
- Draft legal documents including pleadings and motions
- Maintain consistent communication with clients and claims professionals
- Work closely with senior attorneys for guidance and case development
Qualifications
- Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar
- 0-4 years of legal experience (WC, insurance defense, or litigation preferred but not required)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable working in a remote environment
- Motivated, coachable, and career-driven
