Water Works Finance & Administration Director

City of Manchester invites applications for the Water Works Deputy Director Finance & Administration to lead all financial operations of the Water Works Enterprise fund.

The role reports to the Water Works Director, oversees budgeting, forecasting, accounting, and financial reporting, and acts as CFO/Controller for the department, ensuring compliance and fiscal integrity.
