Civil Project ManagerThe Civil Project Manager in the Treatment sector leads the planning, design, permitting, and construction support of water and wastewater treatment projects. Whether you are a recent graduate with untapped potential or a professional with proven experience, we invite you to discover a career path designed for you.Parkhill is one of the largest architectural and engineering firms in the Southwest with 15 offices located throughout Texas, New Mexico, and Oklahoma.ResponsibilitiesOversee engineering efforts from design through construction on a variety of civil engineering treatment projectsConduct site visits and assessmentsParticipate in meetings with clients to understand their project needs and preferencesDevelop design concepts and proposals, creating detailed drawings and specificationsCollaborate with engineers, architects and other consultantsPresent designs to clients and stakeholders for feedback and approvalExplore new design concepts, incorporating emerging technologiesQualificationsProfessional Engineer (P.E.) license in Texas required; ability to obtain licensure in New Mexico and OklahomaMinimum of 4 years' experience in civil design - Water and Wastewater Treatment design preferredExperience with software including AutoCAD, Civil 3D and ArcGIS is preferredUnderstanding of engineering project management methods with the ability to plan a project start to finish, considering time, cost and resourcesBenefits and PerksWe offer a comprehensive benefits program that supports the whole person.
