Water / Wastewater Transfer OperatorJENNMAR Services is hiring Experienced Water / Wastewater Transfer Operators. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity offering steady work, competitive pay, and a strong benefits package. This position requires working both day and night shifts.

Please apply only if you are comfortable with a rotating shift schedule.Job Description:Work as part of a 3-person crew supporting daily water and wastewater transfer operationsMonitor pumps, meters, gauges, and operating conditionsTroubleshoot equipment issues and report concernsRecord readings and operating data using a laptop or handheld deviceInspect equipment regularly to ensure safe and reliable operationPerform routine maintenance and upkeep, including: General mechanical workCleaning and maintaining equipmentMowing, weed-whacking, and snow plowing as neededRequirements:Previous water or wastewater treatment experience preferredOil & Gas pad experience is a plusSAFELAND PEC certification (training will be provided if you do not already have it)Valid driver’s license requiredAbility to pass a drug test and background check + occasional randomized drug testingSchedule:3 days on / 3 days off12-hour rotational shifts Days: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PMNights: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AMPay & Benefits:$20.00 per hourMedical, Dental, and Vision insurancePaid holidaysPaid vacation time401(k) with company matchJENNMAR Services, our employees are our most important assets and is committed to them with competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits plan, including 401(k).
