Roto-Rooter Plumbing and Water Clean Up is seeking a motivated Water Restoration Sales Manager to lead customer sales efforts and support the continued growth of our mitigation and restoration business in Cape Girardeau.

This position is for someone who can combine strong sales abilities with leadership, organization, and excellent customer communication. You'll work with property owners following water-related losses, help them understand their options, develop estimates, and coordinate with our field team once projects are approved.

You'll also play an important role in driving sales performance and ensuring customers receive a professional experience from their initial consultation through project completion.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Develop and manage water restoration sales opportunities
• Meet with homeowners and property representatives to evaluate their needs
• Present restoration recommendations and estimates
• Explain available services and help customers determine appropriate next steps
• Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective customers
• Build strong relationships and establish customer trust
• Help achieve individual and company sales goals
• Coordinate approved projects with technicians and field personnel
• Communicate customer expectations and project details internally
• Support field operations and service quality
• Maintain organized records of leads, estimates, and customer communication
• Help identify opportunities to improve sales performance and customer experience

What We're Looking For

• Previous sales experience
• In-home or service-based sales experience preferred
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Restoration, water mitigation, plumbing, construction, or related industry knowledge is a plus
• Strong sales presentation and relationship-building abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable working toward performance goals
• Customer-focused approach to sales
• Ability to coordinate effectively with field and office teams
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
