Make decisions that impact the success of the assignment.Assist with creating estimates in Xactimate utilizing the program guidelines and IICRC standards.You will make a difference here - From helping clients solve the needs they have, to helping our company grow and prosper- YOU will make a difference!What You'll Do:Oversee and manage mitigation projects from start to finishLead crews, coordinate schedules, and ensure quality workCommunicate with clients, adjusters, and team members to keep projects on trackConduct site inspections, create scopes of work, and document progressEnsure compliance with industry standards and safety protocolsWhat We're Looking For:Restoration experience - Strong knowledge of Insurance, Restoration, and Construction industry including Water, Fire, or Mold Mitigation (IICRC Certifications a Plus!)Leadership mentality - You can take charge and motivate a teamSelf starter - Able to work independentlyHands-on attitude - You're not afraid to jump in and get things doneStrong communication skills - You're great with customers and problem-solvingAdditional Job Responsibilities and Requirements:Valid Driver's License and satisfactory driving recordExperience managing teams of 5 or more5 Years of Restoration Project Management or APM ExperienceWorking on-call schedule is requiredCertifications preferred:ASD – Applied Structural Drying TechnicianWRT – Water Damage Restoration TechnicianOCT – Odor Control TechnicianPhysical Demands and Working Conditions:The physical demands are representative of those that must be met by an employee to perform the essential functions of this job.
