Water Restoration Lead TechnicianWater Restoration Lead Technicians are responsible for responding to all activities and assisting homeowners during their time of need. Qualified candidates ideally have prior experience handling fire, water, smoke, and natural disaster claims in the restoration/mitigation industry. A major plus would be to have IICRC certifications for water and fire mitigation and restoration.Benefits:Pay is up to $24 per hour, based off experience and any IICRC certificationsPaid vacation timeSix paid holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas DayCompany vehicle provided to lead technicians during work hoursEligible for health, dental, and vision insurance after 30 daysPossibility for overtime hoursResponsibilities:Professionally represent the company's mission, vision, and values.Provide assistance for emergency property damagesMaintain open communication with homeowners and officeResponsible for ensuring quality, efficiency, and a clean and safe job siteAbility to use a smartphone for various programs regarding job-specific informationMust be able to read and follow directionsQualifications:One to three years of experience with some or all of the following is preferred, but willing to train and pay for the needed mitigation certifications:Perform water extraction and mold remediationSet drying equipment and monitor moisture levels until the drying standard is metRemoval of damaged structural materials and cleanupAppropriate certifications related to fire, water, carpentry, etc.Ability to walk, stand, climb, kneel, lift, and carry 50lbs or more dailyDisplay a positive attitude with team spirit, great attention to detail, and excellent customer service skillsSchedule flexibility to work after hours and on-call on an as-needed basisEnvironment:Due to the nature of our business, work conditions vary.
