Water Infrastructure Director, Pump Stations & Pipelines

HDR is seeking a highly experienced Business Class Director to lead the Pump Stations and Pipelines practice. You will direct technical capabilities, build cross‑functional relationships, and oversee risk management for complex water conveyance projects.

You will mentor leaders, coordinate with market sectors, and drive quality, staffing, and strategic planning across HDR’s national footprint while advancing HDR’s employee‑owned culture.
