Restoration Project Manager (RPM)You are responsible for managing restoration projects from contract through close-out following property damage events such as water, fire, or mold losses. This role is primarily production-focused. Candidates with estimating experience may support estimating efforts as needed; however, field execution, internal teams and subcontractor management, margin protection, and job close-out are the core responsibilities of this role. You will spend significant time in the field ensuring jobs are completed correctly, safely, on schedule, and in accordance with Paul Davis standards.Manage residential and commercial restoration projects from start to finish including initial scope of work, budgets, timelines, and subcontractors.You will be the first point of contact for client relations.
