If you are self-motivated and have superb interpersonal skills, then you will thrive in this work environment.Primary responsibilities include:Provide priority response to potential customersEstablish and maintain positive customer relationshipsEducate customers on the remediation processObtain site photos, create an accurate sketch of all affected areas, and create an initial estimate and scope of work for all projectsAnalyze labor, equipment, and time requirements for each projectRecognize project constraintsDeliver a consistent and well-defined estimate using estimating platformConduct site visits as needed throughout project lifeEducation and experience requirements include:High School Diploma required, associate or bachelor's Degree preferredMinimum 2 years' experience in damage restoration, Project Management or insurance adjustingSuperb customer service track recordEffective written and oral communication skillsProficient use of Xactimate and DocuSketch preferredProficient use of computers and technologyProficient math skillsMust have good driving record with valid driver's licenseThis is a full-time, salaried, exempt position. Normal schedule is 8.5-hour shifts Monday - Friday between 7:00 am - 5:00 pm. Due to the emergency response nature of the business, this position frequently requires evening work, rotational on-call requirements, weekend work, and long hours beyond the normal schedule. Travel is required and is primarily local. However, some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
