We are leader on our businesses, and recognized as one of the largest global innovative companies.Wastewater Treatment Operations & Maintenance:Operate and maintain industrial wastewater treatment systems (biological, physical-chemical, DAF, MBR, clarifiers, sludge handling, etc.)Perform routine process monitoring, sampling, and laboratory testing (pH, TSS, BOD, COD, etc.)Hourly checks and reporting of the wastewater treatment areaAdjust chemical feed rates, aeration, pumping, and other process parameters to maintain compliance dailyPerform preventive maintenance and minor repairs on treatment equipment (pumps, blowers, mixers, valves, instrumentation, filter presses, etc.)Assist during regulatory inspections and sampling eventsRespond to treatment process upsets, spills, and emergency situationsGeneral Responsibilities (All Roles):Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and LOTO protocolsParticipate in safety meetings, toolbox talks, and incident investigationsMaintain clean, organized, and safe work areasWork occasional overtime as requiredAssist other departments during major shutdowns, projects, or emergenciesQualifications & Requirements2+ years of hands-on experience in wastewater treatment operationsBasic computer skillsAbility to read and interpret basic P&IDs, electrical diagrams, and equipment manualsAbility to work at heights and in confined spacesPhysically capable of lifting 50 lbs regularly, climbing ladders/stairs, and working in awkward positionsBasic electrical troubleshooting (control circuits, 24V–480V)Basic plumbing and pipefitting experienceForklift and/or scissor lift certification - not required but preferredExperience working in manufacturing, food & beverage, chemical, or similar industrial environmentRequired Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesStrong safety mindset and commitment to following proceduresGood problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervision after training periodEffective communication skills (verbal and written)Team player willing to support other departments when neededAttention to detail and good record-keeping habitsWorking Conditions & Physical DemandsIndustrial manufacturing/processing environmentRegular exposure to loud noise, chemicals, odors, wet conditions, and temperature variationsRequired to wear appropriate PPE
