Wastewater Treatment Supervisor
Salary up to $80,000 + Bonus + Paid Relocation to the Upper Midwest
Recruiting a hands-on Wastewater Treatment Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensure environmental compliance, and maintain efficient wastewater treatment processes in a growing food manufacturing plant. What you’ll do as the Wastewater Treatment Supervisor:
• Oversee wastewater treatment operations, testing, and process adjustments.
• Ensure compliance with environmental permits and EPA regulations.
• Manage sampling, reporting, inspections, and regulatory documentation.
• Troubleshoot equipment and treatment issues while coordinating maintenance.
• Drive safety, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement.
What we are looking for in the Wastewater Treatment Supervisor:
• At least 2 years of wastewater treatment experience.
• Knowledge of wastewater systems, laboratory testing, and environmental regulations.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Wastewater Operator certification or ability to obtain required licensing.
