Insight Global is looking to hire a Wastewater Incinerator Operator in Independence, MO. This individual will be responsible for operating and monitoring a wastewater sludge incineration system along with related solids processing equipment such as dewatering, sludge handling, ash handling, and chemical feed systems. They will perform equipment inspections, respond to alarms, track operating data, complete shift logs, and make process adjustments to maintain efficient and compliant operations. The operator will coordinate with plant personnel, monitor system performance through process control software, support safety initiatives, and assist with troubleshooting equipment and process issues. This role may support other wastewater treatment operations as needed and will work in a hands-on industrial environment.
Compensation for this position ranges from $29.42/hour to $38.69/hour.

Skills and Requirements

Missouri Class A Wastewater Operator Certification (or ability to obtain within an approved timeframe)

Ability to monitor and adjust process controls, equipment, and operating parameters

Valid driver's license - Experience operating wastewater treatment, solids processing, or incineration systems'
