To assist with a Qualifacts implementation at a supportive housing organization, the full-time hourly Qualifacts Credible Implementation and Configuration Consultant will design and build Credible forms, configure data dictionaries, and support Medicaid billing processes while working fully remote. Key responsibilities Design and build Credible forms for housing case management workflows Configure and manage the data dictionary to support housing-appropriate terminology Support the client during go-live and provide post-launch stabilization for approximately 90 days Required qualifications Deep hands-on experience implementing and configuring Qualifacts Credible in production environments Proven ability to work within Credible's platform constraints and creatively deliver client requirements Behavioral health or human services EHR implementation background Medicaid billing configuration experience, including EDI/837 submission and 835 remittance processing Strong workflow design and requirements-translation skills
