To support a fully remote Substance Use Disorder Program, Washington Licensed Therapists will assess, plan, and implement individualized care strategies for substance-exposed individuals, focusing on prenatal and postpartum care, while enjoying a full-time salaried position with flexibility and autonomy. Key responsibilities Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with members, families, and healthcare providers Provide individual counseling and group therapy to adolescents and adults, while identifying referrals for social service programs Document member assessments and care plans, and participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure safe transitions of care Required qualifications Active LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or LPC license in Washington Preferred experience working with substance abuse populations and maternal substance abuse Experience with both adult and adolescent clients Familiarity with Medicare and Medicaid procedures Remote work experience is preferred
