To support a fully remote Substance Use Disorder Program, the full-time Washington Licensed Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LMHC) will provide assessments, individual and group therapy, and care coordination for substance-exposed individuals, focusing on prenatal and postpartum care. Key responsibilities Assess, plan, and implement individualized care strategies for members Conduct individual counseling and group therapy for adolescents and adults Collaborate with members, families, and healthcare providers to develop and document care plans Required qualifications Active LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC license in Washington Preferred experience with substance abuse populations Background in maternal substance abuse is preferred Experience working with adults and adolescents Familiarity with Medicare and Medicaid procedures
