To support a fully remote Severe Mental Illness Program, the full-time Washington Licensed Therapist will provide biopsychosocial assessments, individual and group therapy, and coordinate care for patients with serious mental illness, utilizing evidence-based practices and collaborating with an integrated care team. Key responsibilities: Deliver high-quality individual and group teletherapy using modalities such as CBT and DBT for patients with serious mental illness Administer clinical assessments to track patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Collaborate with a Behavioral Health Support Specialist to address comprehensive patient needs and engage caregivers and support systems Required qualifications: Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related behavioral health discipline from an accredited institution Current Washington Department of Health independent behavioral health license (LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT) Two or more years of direct experience working with adults in the behavioral health field Experience with severe mental illness and knowledge of local resources and social determinants of health Familiarity with Medicare or Medicaid practices preferred
