To enhance Patient Access Services across the enterprise, the full-time remote Washington Licensed Senior Quality Manager will manage and improve departmental operations, oversee process enhancements, and ensure compliance with quality standards. Key responsibilities Managing and evaluating Patient Access Services to ensure high-quality performance and stability Overseeing process improvement initiatives, including Epic enhancements and team training Analyzing data to inform strategic planning and operational improvements within the department Required qualifications H.S. Diploma or GED Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare management, public health, or a related field 8+ years of experience in Patient Access Services or Revenue Cycle departments 10+ years of experience in a large healthcare delivery system 6+ years of management experience
