To support a flexible work-life balance, the part-time Washington Licensed Remote Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW) will provide evidence-based teletherapy to K-12 students across Washington, collaborating with school counselors and families while enjoying the benefits of a 1099 independent contractor role. Key responsibilities Deliver evidence-based teletherapy to K-12 students while collaborating with school counselors and families Participate in case consultations and clinical team discussions to enhance therapeutic approaches Manage scheduling and client interactions with no administrative burdens, as billing and credentialing are handled by the organization Required qualifications Active LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW license in Washington Experience or strong interest in youth and family-focused care Comfort with telehealth and electronic health record (EHR) systems Availability during afternoon and evening hours
