Key responsibilities Review cases and educate patients on appropriate care options Manage healthcare costs for dependents of Active Duty and eligible retirees Handle multi-line scheduling and military appointment lines Required qualifications Bachelor's Nursing Degree Active unrestricted Washington RN license or compact license At least 2 years of experience as a UMRN or CCM, preferably in a remote or hybrid environment Current certification in either Certified Professional Utilization Review (CPUR) or Certified Case Manager (CCM) Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with strong technical aptitude
