Supporting the Pharmacotherapy Clinic, the remote Pharmacy Technician will assist pharmacists with patient communication, care coordination, and medication management processes in a part-time capacity. Key responsibilities: Conduct routine patient check-ins to monitor therapy experiences and support adherence to treatment plans Coordinate patient appointments and clinical monitoring schedules while assisting pharmacists with delegated tasks Maintain clear documentation and facilitate workflow efficiency within the clinical operations Required qualifications: Washington Licensed Pharmacy Technician with at least 1 year of experience; 5-8 years preferred High school diploma or GED required Experience working in a medical clinic with healthcare professionals is a plus Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word Nationally certified as a CPhT or equivalent is preferred but not required
