Seeking a Washington Licensed Hospice Veterinarian, the full-time position offers the opportunity to provide compassionate in-home euthanasia and hospice care for pets, allowing for a self-managed schedule and a focus on meaningful interactions with families during their pets' final moments. Key responsibilities Provide in-home hospice and euthanasia care to pets, ensuring a compassionate and dignified experience for families Manage a flexible schedule, choosing 2 to 5 days per week to accommodate personal commitments Engage with families in a supportive manner, addressing their questions and concerns during difficult times Required qualifications Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD/BVMS) degree Valid U.S. Driver's License Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 90 lbs with assistance Willingness to complete license verification, background check, and driving record review Availability to choose 4 weekend days per month that fit personal schedules
