To support a growing telehealth practice, a Washington Licensed Endocrinologist will conduct patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans remotely on a contract basis, dedicating a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours per week. Key responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans via video visits Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to deliver high standards of care Maintain accurate patient records and respond to patient inquiries with clarity and care Required qualifications MD or DO degree from an accredited institution Active ABIM board certification in Endocrinology through an ACGME-accredited program Proven ability to function as an autonomous provider with strong diagnostic judgment Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on compassion An active, unrestricted, and unencumbered professional license in at least one U.S. state
