Washington Licensed Dietitian Manager

To build and lead a team of dietitians providing outpatient Medical Nutrition Therapy, the full-time Registered Dietitian Manager will manage hiring, coaching, and operational decisions while working remotely from Washington, Oregon, Idaho, or Utah. Key responsibilities Lead the interviewing, selection, and onboarding process for new dietitians Coach and develop team members, setting expectations and providing feedback Manage team revenue, profitability, and performance data to drive operational decisions Required qualifications Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential Applicable state licensure or eligibility to obtain required licensure Demonstrated ability to coach others and improve team performance Sound judgment and comfort using performance data for decision-making Residence in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, or Utah, or willingness to relocate
