Detail-oriented and highly organized, the full-time Senior Credentialing Specialist will perform advanced credentialing, licensing, and provider enrollment functions, supporting provider onboarding and regulatory compliance in a hybrid/remote setting within Washington State. Key responsibilities: Prepare and submit accurate credentialing and re-credentialing applications for hospitals and payers Track and ensure timely renewal of all provider licenses and certifications while conducting primary source verifications Collaborate with internal departments and external hospital partners to ensure seamless credentialing operations Required qualifications: 3 years of credentialing experience in a healthcare setting, with lead-level or leadership experience preferred CPCS or CPMSM certification by NAMSS required within 1 year of employment Strong knowledge of credentialing processes, provider licensing, and regulatory requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and credentialing software systems Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
