Leading a remote care team, the full-time Washington Licensed Behavioral Health Manager will manage a team of Therapists and Behavioral Health Support Specialists to implement programs, deliver outcomes, and empower members through personalized case management focused on improving health and wellness. Key responsibilities Act as a player/coach, supporting team members while directly assisting clients in challenging situations Develop and monitor service plans, ensuring comprehensive care tailored to each member's needs Lead enrollment activities and coordinate team schedules to meet program demands and performance indicators Required qualifications Master's degree in behavioral health, social work, or health care management from an accredited university Independent clinical behavioral health license in Washington (e.g., LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist) Experience in leading and implementing programs with measurable outcomes Experience with crisis management, particularly in adolescent and young adult populations Preferred experience managing interdisciplinary care teams
