Providing teletherapy services to youth across Washington, the Remote Washington Licensed Associate Therapist will deliver high-quality care, build relationships with students and families, and collaborate with schools and community partners while working remotely on a flexible schedule. Key responsibilities Provide evidence-based teletherapy to students within insurance-based partnerships Build trusted relationships with students and their families while offering psychoeducation and guidance to parents/caregivers Participate in case consultations, team discussions, and contribute to the development of clinical programs Required qualifications Must hold a Washington Licensed Associate Mental Health Counselor (LMHC-A) license Experience working with youth in a mental health capacity Ability to provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions Comfortable using telehealth platforms for service delivery Willingness to engage in ongoing training and professional development
