Providing comprehensive nursing care remotely, the full-time Washington Licensed Advice Line Nurse will assess patient needs, develop care plans, and coordinate health services for patients while adhering to established nursing standards. Key responsibilities Conduct ongoing assessments and develop individualized care plans for patients Provide telephone consultations and education to patients and their families regarding health care goals Collaborate with the health care team to modify care plans based on patient responses and needs Required qualifications Associate's degree in Nursing from an accredited program Registered Nurse License in Washington or a Compact License at hire Basic Life Support certification required at hire Experience in ambulatory care nursing or primary nursing preferred Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is a plus
