Washington D.C. Licensed Therapist

To support a growing virtual mental health practice, the full-time Washington D.C. Licensed Therapist will provide outpatient therapy to lower to moderate acuity populations, managing a consistent caseload in a fully remote environment with minimal administrative burden. Key responsibilities Deliver 100% remote outpatient therapy sessions, including 60-minute intakes and follow-ups Maintain a consistent outpatient caseload with defined goals and no inpatient or crisis-call responsibilities Exercise independent treatment decision-making while collaborating with an in-house referral network and receiving operational support Required qualifications Independently licensed therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or equivalent) with an active, unrestricted license Two or more independent and active state licenses (excluding CA, NY, and MA) Experience in outpatient, community mental health, or other structured clinical settings is highly desired Comfort managing a consistent outpatient caseload in a fast-paced environment Experience with structured, skills-based modalities (e.g., CBT, ACT, MI, DBT-informed care) is a plus
