To support a growing virtual psychiatry practice, the full-time salaried Washington D.C. Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will provide 100% remote outpatient psychiatric care, managing lower to moderate acuity populations such as anxiety, depression, and ADHD while enjoying clinical autonomy and minimal administrative burden. Key responsibilities Deliver comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, and medication management for outpatient clients Maintain control over scheduling, session structure, and patient population while adhering to established clinical standards Utilize electronic medical records to document care accurately and efficiently, ensuring a collaborative, team-based approach Required qualifications Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) Active, unrestricted license with autonomous practice authority Minimum of 3 years post-graduate clinical experience as a PMHNP Experience in delivering outpatient psychiatric care, including psychoeducation and supportive therapy Comfort with a fully remote, telepsychiatry-based model
