Warranty & Closeout Coordinator (Fully Remote)

• Coordinate post-commissioning project issues from intake to documented closeout.
• Act as the main point of contact for customers and internal teams during remediation.

What You'll Do:

• Track open issues, priorities, and resources across warranty, supply chain, and field operations.
• Communicate status and escalate roadblocks to ensure timely resolution.
• Support the technical troubleshooting team with customer calls needing field assistance.
