We're interested in helping you establish and build a long-term career with us, because we know that happy employees lead to happier customers!Riverview has an immediate opening to be our Service Warranty Administrator and during flex time help with the service supervisor and service admin to keep the department running as smoothly as possible.$1000 sign on bonus. $500 after 6 months. $500 after a year$32 to $40 per hour range depending on experienceWhat We Offer:Health Insurance - 80% of employee and family premiums are company paid!Dental & Vision- 80% of employee and family premiums are company paid.Life Insurance Policy401(k) plan with company 25% matchPTO and Vacation DaysTrainingFantastic Culture and Work EnvironmentResponsibilities:Ensure the dealership is paid for all warranty work in an accurate and timely fashion by preparing, flagging, submitting, and following up on each claimCoordinates with vendors and manufacturers to ensure prompt receipt of replacement partsCommunicates with customers and service technicians to define the scope of a warranty claim resolution and to set expectationsPrepares, reviews, and processes warranty claimsFollows up with each claim to ensure service delivery to the customer and compensation for the dealershipSchedule warranty appointments, and educates customers to set expectations.Keep abreast of all factory recalls, announcements, and procedures.Ship and track all warranty parts returnsStay involved in Warranty jobs in process for both Sacramento and ReddingTrain to become a Warranty ProfessionalRequirements:At least two years of experience in a similar position, and knowledge of Diesel Truck Parts and Service.Can work in a fast-paced and challenging environment handling multiple projectsMust be committed to working 40 hours a week each and every weekMust be comfortable working in a team environment plus being able to work as an individual to stay caught up with workloadMust have strong computer skillsCDK business system experience is a plusMust have excellent administrative, organizational, and communication skillsMust have strong math skillsMust be willing to submit a background check and drug screen prior to employmentRiverview is an equal opportunity employer.Short term mindsets and job jumpers need not apply.
