You’ll play a critical role in protecting the dealership’s revenue, minimizing aging, and keeping our service operation compliant and audit-ready. This is a role where precision and follow-through directly impact the bottom line.What You’ll DoPrepare, review, and submit manufacturer warranty claims daily for prompt, full paymentAudit every warranty repair order for correct labor operations, parts, documentation, and story line before submissionIdentify and correct errors before they become rejections — coach advisors and technicians on proper documentationResubmit rejected or adjusted claims same-day to keep warranty receivables aging to a minimumReconcile the warranty schedule weekly and aggressively follow up on outstanding and short-paid claimsStay current on every manufacturer’s warranty policy, labor time, and submission requirementMaintain organized, audit-ready warranty records to protect the store from charge backsTrack and report claim status, aging, and recovery to fixed-operations leadershipThe Standard We HoldWe set a high bar at Grubbs.
