This opportunity is based on a Warehouse Worker career path and is being offered by Staffmark to qualified candidates.Education Requirements: High school diploma or GED preferred Ability to follow warehouse procedures and safety guidelines Basic computer skills preferred Experience Requirements: General warehouse experience preferred Previous picking, packing, material handling, shipping, or receiving experience is a plus Experience with RF scanners or warehouse management systems preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment Reliable attendance and strong work ethic requiredJob Duties: Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently Load and unload trailers Repackage and relabel products in the rework and value-added services area Stage and sort products for shipment Scan inventory using RF scanners and warehouse systems Perform quality inspections and remove damaged products Gather, move, and distribute materials according to work orders Maintain accurate inventory records Follow all warehouse safety procedures and quality standards Support additional warehouse operations as neededPhysical Capabilities: Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift.
Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and packages weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment, conveyors, and moving inventory.
