Warehouse Will Call Associate

EPSI Worx is seeking dedicated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Warehouse Will Call Associates. As a Will Call Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring the professional, accurate, and timely processing of will-call orders. This customer-facing role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to handle transactions at the Will Call desk. You will be responsible for gathering invoices, checking drivers in/out, ensuring all documentation is signed, answering phones, and providing general administrative support such as filing and copying.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Will Call orders in a professional and timely manner, ensuring accurate fulfillment of customer requests.
  • Greet and assist customers at the Will Call desk, providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries or concerns.
  • Gather invoices and verify the accuracy of orders, ensuring that the correct items are being released to customers.
  • Check drivers in/out, confirming proper identification and documentation, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed and signed.
  • Collect payment from customers when necessary, following established procedures and maintaining accuracy in monetary transactions.
  • Provide support to the Customer Service team by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing necessary information.
  • Answer incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner, directing calls to the appropriate individuals or departments.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and organizing paperwork to maintain an efficient and organized work environment.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety guidelines and protocols.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 3 years of experience in a similar role or customer service-oriented position.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to provide outstanding customer service.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing orders and handling transactions.
  • Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of basic office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheet applications).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, including both Saturday and Sunday, as the schedule may be split between multiple Will Call Associates.
  • Willingness to adapt to changing schedules based on business needs.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain order and efficiency at the Will Call desk.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
