Receiving & Inventory Specialist Location: Contract: 6 Months (Contract to Hire)
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Receiving & Inventory Specialist to join our Supply Chain Management team. This role is critical in ensuring accurate receipt, inspection, and inventory control of materials and components used in our missions.
Inspect products for damage, defects, and compliance with quality standards Perform receiving, labeling, and inventory updates in ERP systems Conduct regular cycle counts and resolve inventory discrepancies Manage outbound shipments and ensure adherence to shipping instructions Collaborate with internal teams to streamline inventory processes Support procurement with delivery assurance and critical item tracking Identify and report quality issues and inefficiencies
Minimum 3 years of experience in shipping/receiving and inventory management High school diploma or equivalent; Proficiency in ERP systems and inventory software
Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements Agile and adaptable to changing priorities
