This role drives day-to-day execution within a core department while supporting broader site and company initiatives. You will partner with operations leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver strong business results, enhance team performance, and bring Stitch Fix's culture and values to life.ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and develop a large team of hourly employees to achieve daily operational and throughput goalsOwn daily workforce planning and execution, using data to identify trends, address gaps, and drive continuous improvementDeliver onboarding, training, and ongoing coaching to support employee growth and engagementManage operational processes such as timekeeping, attendance tracking, and reporting with a high level of accuracy and attention to detailUse AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) and operational systems (e.g., workforce management platforms, Excel/Google Sheets, dashboards) to analyze performance and improve decision-makingChampion innovation by implementing new processes, encouraging feedback, and driving efficiency improvementsAbout You4+ years of experience in a direct people leadership role, with a proven ability to lead, coach, and inspire teamsExperience managing teams in a fast-paced warehouse, fulfillment, or operational environmentDemonstrated ability to analyze data and use insights to drive daily execution and continuous improvementStrong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracyProficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including reporting, trend analysis, and data-driven decision-makingExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsStrong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work on the floor for extended periods (8+ hours) in a hands-on leadership roleFlexibility is important, as you should be available to address issues outside of standard business hours, and willing to work on nights or weekends as required.Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) and comfort learning new technologiesThis role follows a Wednesday–Saturday schedule.
