They are seeking strong warehouse leaders who can build engaged teams, maintain operational excellence, and support a fast-paced production environment.We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations supporting a high-volume manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for leading warehouse personnel, maintaining inventory accuracy, coordinating material movement, and ensuring products are received, stored, and shipped efficiently while promoting a safe and organized workplace.The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with experience in manufacturing or industrial warehouse operations who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and develop warehouse employees through coaching, training, scheduling, and performance management.Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, shipping, inventory control, storage, and production support.Ensure materials are delivered accurately and on time to support manufacturing operations.Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and ERP/WMS systems.Coordinate inbound and outbound freight while working closely with production, purchasing, and logistics teams.Promote and enforce OSHA regulations and company safety standards through training and regular inspections.Monitor warehouse KPIs and identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, and cost savings.Maintain warehouse organization and oversee material handling equipment and operational processes.Partner with leadership and HR to support employee development, staffing, and operational goals.Qualifications:High school diploma or GED required.Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field preferred.7+ years of warehouse operations experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment.4+ years of warehouse leadership or supervisory experience.Experience with ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).Strong knowledge of inventory management, shipping and receiving, material flow, and warehouse best practices.Forklift experience required; forklift certification is highly preferred.Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and warehouse safety practices.Ability to work in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment.
