Warehouse Supervisor
Location: Clearwater, FL
Pay: $25+/hr
Type: 6-Month Contract-to-Hire
Schedule: Full-Time, On-Site
We are hiring a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, inventory control, customer account support, and a team of 5–10 employees.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse operations
- Conduct cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy
- Purchase materials and manage inventory replenishment
- Lead and develop a team of 5–10 employees
- Manage multiple customer accounts and service expectations
- Track and present warehouse KPIs
- Improve warehouse processes, efficiency, and accountability
- Maintain a safe and organized operation
Qualifications
- Warehouse supervisory or leadership experience
- Strong inventory management and cycle count experience
- Experience purchasing materials and managing replenishment
- Customer-facing/account management experience
- Experience managing 5–10+ employees
- KPI reporting and process improvement experience
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Requirements
Candidates must be able to complete a 7-year background check, full-panel drug screening, and employment history verification .
