What You'll Take Charge Of
- Lead daily warehouse operations and frontline associates
- Keep productivity, safety & accuracy on track
- Use WMS data and KPIs to improve performance
- Coordinate staffing, workflow & daily priorities
- Coach employees and build a stronger, more efficient team
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of warehouse or distribution leadership
- Knowledge of high-volume DC operations & WMS
- Strong communication, coaching & problem-solving skills
- Ability to keep teams focused when priorities shift
