Join us in delivering authentic flavors to every table.How You'll Make an ImpactLead daily warehouse operations to ensure accurate, timely receipt, storage, and shipment of materials and finished goods.Monitor inventory accuracy through audits and warehouse management systems, helping maintain operational efficiency and product availability.Coordinate with production, quality, and logistics teams to support production schedules and customer service goals.Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and regulatory requirements including HACCP, GMP, and FDA standards.Train, coach, and direct warehouse team members to promote safety, productivity, and continuous improvement.Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, shipping issues, and process gaps to minimize disruptions.Maintain a clean, organized, and inspection-ready warehouse environment that supports operational excellence.Show Up ReadyOperations run across day, evening, and overnight hours to keep production moving.Schedule: Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays based on production needs.Benefits For Your Journey – Fuel Your Well-BeingPerformance bonus opportunitiesMedical, dental, and vision coverage401(k) with 100% company match (up to 5%)Parental leaveVacation and sick time offHealth Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) optionsEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Supplemental health and disability insurance optionsPet insuranceAdoption assistanceWhat You Bring to the TeamHigh school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferredFive or more years of warehouse operations experience, preferably within food manufacturingTwo or more years of leadership or supervisory experienceKnowledge of inventory control, shipping, receiving, and warehouse management systems (WMS)Understanding of HACCP, GMP, FDA regulations, and food safety requirementsForklift certification and experience operating warehouse equipmentMicrosoft Office proficiency and familiarity with labor and materials management systemsLean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, or Six Sigma certification preferredStrong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skillsPhysical Demands & Work EnvironmentFrequently stand, walk, sit, communicate, and work around moving equipment and industrial machinery.Use hands and fingers continuously to operate equipment, systems, and materials.Work in environments with varying temperatures, including hot, cold, wet, and humid conditions.Occasionally climb, balance, bend, stoop, push, pull, and safely lift up to 50 pounds.Work both indoors and outdoors as business needs require.Join the TeamBring your energy.
