What Youll Do

• Welcome and onboard new team members with care
• Support growth through coaching feedback and development
• Keep operations running smoothly and safely
• Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement
• Build strong relationships with your team and our partners
• Ensure the site is clean efficient and aligned with our values

What You Bring

• 5 years of leadership experience or equivalent education
• Strong communication and people skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel JDE experience a plus
• Ability to lead diverse teams and work cross functionally
