Our distribution operations are the engine behind that reputation, and we're looking for a Warehouse Shift Supervisor who's ready to run the position floor. You'll own daily warehouse operations end to end: leading a team of associates, managing inbound and outbound shipping, coordinating cross-dock and yard operations, and driving the accuracy and speed our customers count on.

If you thrive on building high-performing teams, solving real-time logistics challenges, and pushing for continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment, this is your opportunity to make a measurable impact at a company that values operational excellence as much as you do.ResponsibilitiesSupervise all warehouse, shipping, and receiving activities during assigned shiftsOversee inbound, outbound, and cross-dock operations to meet customer and branch delivery requirementsPlan and manage shipping schedules, trailer flow, and dock capacityCoordinate domestic and export freight routing and manage carrier relationshipsOversee yard operations to ensure safety, organization, and efficient trailer movementLead, coach, and develop warehouse associates — assigning daily work and balancing labor to workloadConduct shift-start meetings to communicate priorities, safety initiatives, and expectationsTrain new hires and reinforce standard operating procedures (SOPs)Partner with management and HR on performance management and corrective actionsEnforce OSHA regulations, company safety policies, and PPE requirementsProactively identify and address unsafe conditions and equipment issuesVerify bills of lading (BOL), export documentation, and U.S. Customs complianceEnsure accuracy of shipments, receipts, and all inventory transactionsConduct cycle counts and investigate and resolve inventory discrepanciesTrack and report KPIs including productivity, accuracy, attendance, and safetyIdentify and implement process improvements aligned with Lean and 5S principlesQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED; Associate degree preferred3–5 years of warehouse or distribution center experiencePrior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferredWorking knowledge of shipping, receiving, inventory control, and material handling equipmentExperience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic computer applicationsStrong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentHigh attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and complianceFlexibility to work varying schedules, including evenings and weekends as neededVictaulic is an Equal Employment Opportunity (EOE/M/F/Vets/Disabled) employer and welcomes all qualified applicants.
