Travel Team Warehouse Selector / Reach Truck Operator
Capstone Logistics is seeking experienced Warehouse Selectors and Reach Truck Operators to join our Travel Team. This role supports warehouse start-ups and operational needs across the country. Candidates must be flexible, safety-focused, and ready to deploy quickly. Qualified candidates may receive on-the-spot offers following successful interviews and skills validation.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform order selection in a fast-paced grocery warehouse environment
- Operate powered industrial equipment including EPJ, forklifts, clampers, and reach trucks
- Utilize warehouse technology such as Vocollect, Voxware, and RF scanners
- Safely move, stack, and transport product throughout the facility
- Follow all safety, quality, and productivity standards
- Support start-up and ongoing warehouse operations as needed
- Perform additional job duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse selector experience in a grocery distribution environment
- Proven experience operating powered equipment (EPJ, forklifts, reach trucks, clampers)
- Proficiency with voice and RF picking systems (Vocollect, Voxware, RF scanners)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform frequent bending, reaching, and movement
- Strong commitment to safety-first practices
- Willingness to travel for 8+ weeks at a time
- Ability to deploy within 1–2 weeks of offer acceptance
Compensation & Benefits
- Up to $1,500 per week, based on experience and role
- $50/day per diem while traveling
