You will manage a team of robot technicians, track fleet health metrics, plan maintenance schedules around operational peaks, and drive continuous improvement projects to increase robot availability.
Requirements
- 4+ years of maintenance or operations management experience
- Leadership experience managing a technical team
- Data-driven decision making with experience using dashboards and KPIs
- Understanding of robotic or automated systems
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations management, or related field
- Six Sigma or lean manufacturing certification a plus
