Warehouse Retail Operations AssociateWe are seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Retail Operations Associate to join the Keeneland Shop team during peak times. This role is responsible for supporting daily E-commerce fulfillment operations, receiving and transferring merchandise to and from satellite locations while maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment.ResponsibilitiesPick, pack and ship online customer orders accurately and efficiently through Shopify E-commerce platformProcess returns and exchanges according to company proceduresAssist with receiving, processing and transferring merchandise to satellite locationsEnsure orders are shipped in a timely manner to meet customer expectationsAssist with customer service inquiriesWork collaboratively with E-commerce Operations Manager and Retail Marketing Manager on various E-Commerce & marketing needsMaintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the warehouseFollow company policies and warehouse proceduresQualificationsHigh school diploma requiredPrevious warehouse, retail, or fulfillment experience is a plus; Shopify experience preferredAbility to lift and move packages & bins up to 50 poundsComfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout shiftsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsBasic computer and scanner/device proficiencyAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentDependable attendance and positive attitudePhysical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
