Warehouse Representative
Responsibilities

• Receive and unload shipments, check in merchandise, and match purchase orders to sales orders
  
• Read customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, and requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, distributed, or shipped
  
• Move materials and items from receiving or storage to shipping or other designated areas and place items on racks, shelves, or bins according to established locations
  
• Assemble customer orders from stock, place orders on pallets or shelves, and prepare completed orders for shipping or mailing
  
• Record quantities of materials or items received and distributed using the appropriate computer system and assist with physical inventory counts
  
• Mark materials with identifying information, open containers, and weigh or count items for distribution as needed
  
• Assist with assembly duties as needed and complete assigned warehouse tasks accurately and efficiently
  
• Maintain a clean, organized, accessible, and safe warehouse environment
  
• Assist walk-in customers as needed and communicate professionally with coworkers, customers, and vendors
  
• Operate standard warehouse equipment, including hand trucks, box cutters, tape dispensers, and a forklift
  

Qualifications and Skills

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
  
• 2-3 years of relevant warehouse experience preferred; assembly experience is also preferred
  
• Ability to read and interpret technical procedures, product information, customer orders, and other work documentation
  
• Computer literacy, including software navigation, email, word processing, and data entry
  
• Ability to perform accurate counts, follow bin-location sequencing, prepare paperwork, and maintain organized records
  
• Mechanical aptitude regarding parts, their use, application, and limitations
  
• Forklift operation is required; must be able to safely use standard warehouse equipment
  
• Ability to regularly stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop; frequently lift 20 pounds or more and occasionally lift 50 pounds or more
  
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with some outdoor exposure and varying temperatures
  

Benefits/Compensation

• Full Time
  
• Pay Rate is $20 - $23 per hour based on experience
  
• 1st Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  
• Weekly pay while employed through Career Concepts
  
• Benefits available while employed through Career Concepts
  
• Temp-To-Hire
  
• Benefits after Probation period
