Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Receiving Associate to join our team immediately. In this role, you will play a critical part in our daily operations by handling incoming inventory, managing warehouse documentation, staging materials for production, and operating heavy material handling equipment.

Must-Have Qualifications (Required on Resume)

Warehouse Experience: At least 2+ years of continuous experience working in a industrial or distribution warehouse environment.

Receiving Focus: Direct hands-on experience working on the receiving side of operations.

Forklift Certification/Experience: Demonstrated experience operating Class II & IV forklifts (Reach Trucks, Order Pickers/Manlifts, Standard Counterbalance Forklifts).

Computer Literacy: Comfortable navigating inventory databases (ERP/MRP systems) and adaptable to learning new technologies.

Reliability: A stellar track record of regular attendance and punctuality.

Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Inventory Management
-
Read and interpret warehouse documentation to determine items to be moved, gathered, distributed, or logged.

Inspect, record, and log incoming materials and disbursements into the computer database using MSCA scanner guns.

Maintain accurate inventory records, assist with physical inventory counts, perform cycle counts, and generate shortage lists as required.

Stage parts and ensure material availability on the assembly floor for capital builds.

Assist with shipping tasks when necessary.
Safety & Equipment Operation

Safely operate Class II & IV forklifts, JIB cranes, and overhead cranes.

Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times, including fall protection harnesses when working at heights.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.

Inspect warehouse machinery regularly and report any safety concerns or equipment maintenance needs to management.

Adhere to all safety protocols, Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), and participate in mandatory monthly safety trainings.
Technical & Core Competencies

Systems & Software: Experience with enterprise business systems (ERP/MRP such as Oracle), mobile scanning guns (MSCA), and standard office tools (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Physical Capabilities: Ability to safely lift up to 45 lbs independently.

Equipment Knowledge: Comfortable working with and around heavy equipment and machinery.

Communication: Clear written and verbal communication in English for internal reporting, processing emails, and team coordination.
Working Conditions & Environment

Climate: Non-climate-controlled warehouse floor; ambient temperature varies depending on season (hot in summer, cold in winter).

Environment: Active shop floor with exposure to loud noises and moving equipment/parts.

Travel: Minimal (less than 5%).
