Marathon Staffing is hiring Warehouse Pickers to support light industrial operations. In this role, you will accurately pick, pack, and stage orders using RF scanners and pick lists, ensuring correct quantities and item selection. You’ll load and unload products, palletize and wrap freight, and help maintain clean, safe warehouse aisles.
The position requires standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, and meeting productivity and accuracy goals. You’ll follow safety procedures, work closely with supervisors and teammates, and support inventory control and cycle counts as needed in a fast-paced environment.
